Le présent marché vise à accompagner le Syndicat du Bassin Versant de l’Aisne Navigable dans l’élaboration puis la mise en œuvre d’un Programme d’Études Préalable (PEP) traitant des enjeux d’inondations, notamment sur le ruissellement et le débordement de cours d’eau. Autrement dit, le marché consiste en l’appui à l’élaboration du dossier de candidature du PEP auprès de l’Etat puis accompagnement au cadrage des études.-.
