Vendor needs to provide civil exam preparation service for both entry and promotional position for county civil service job vacancies to the government authority located in Cameron, TX.– This analysis should include, at minimum, identifying job tasks and aptitudes required to perform job related tasks successfully. Upon request, the County will have personnel available for interview/survey regarding job tasks and aptitudes.– The exam will be in written multiple–choice format with an answer sheet provided to allow for local grading of the exam. No study guides will be needed; the exams will cover general knowledge.– If the Account Manager is temporarily unavailable to complete required services, the awarded vendor may provide a temporary substitute.
