Vendor needs to provide insurance brokerage services for insurance procurement, renewal, claims assistance, risk–management, and related advisory services to the government authority located in Poughkeepsie, NY.1. Review the Authority's existing insurance program and identify coverage gaps, duplications, unnecessary coverage, or opportunities for improved terms.2. Recommend appropriate coverage types, limits, deductibles, self–insured retentions, endorsements, and risk–transfer provisions.3. Develop and distribute underwriting submissions and obtain competitive quotations from qualified insurance markets.4. Seek quotations from multiple appropriate markets for each requested coverage where commercially available and document all material declinations or unavailable markets.5. Provide the Authority with a written comparison of proposed coverage, limits, deductibles, exclusions, endorsements, premiums, carrier ratings, and material changes from existing coverage.
