(1) Vendor needs to provide irrigation installation and maintenance services during normal business hours and after hours on an “as needed basis” to the government authority located in Columbus, GA.A. 24/7 availability for irrigation line breaks, flooding, or malfunctioning systems.B. Prompt response to mitigate water damage or safety hazards.C. Temporary shutoff and system isolation if needed.D. Troubleshooting and repair of broken or leaking sprinkler heads, valves, pipes, and timers.E. Wiring and solenoid repairs for electrically controlled zones.F. Spring start–up: system inspection, flushing, zone testing, and controller programming.G. Winterization: system shut–off, draining, and air–blowout to prevent freeze damage.H. Inspection of spray patterns and coverage to ensure efficiency(2) Contact period will be for two years.
