(1) Vendor needs to provide prison rape elimination act reporting and education services to the government authority located in Geneva, IL.• Provide external PREA reporting services for all detained juveniles, during waking hours, who wish to make an external report of sexual abuse or harassment. The vendor will disclose to each caller the limits of confidentiality for each PREA reporting call• The providers shall agree to accept non–privileged (i.e., reportable) reports regardless of whether the resident reporter discloses their name or is anonymous.• The providers also agree to accept third–party reports from other individuals who are acting on behalf of a current or previous resident of the facility.(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 18, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
