Description
(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural engineering design services to the government authority located in Detroit, MI.– The work will include conversion of existing grass field to synthetic turf field, new field drainage system, field event upgrades and athletic equipment, track replacement, bleacher repair, field lighting upgrades, fencing upgrades, paving upgrades for pedestrian circulation and parking lots.– Architectural and engineering services for structural, electrical and low voltage upgrades and site improvements specific to athletic fields including landscaping and civil engineering.– Confirm program requirements with users, refining from schematic design documents. – Develop engineered solutions to provide new systems to meet project requirements. Review proposed design solutions with the owner’s facility management staff. – Conduct review meetings as required and requested to ensure construction documents meet project and owner requirements. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 3, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 9, 2026.
