Fair Time & Events Trash Services

The District is releasing this solicitation with the intent to award a single contract for Trash Labor Services . The District is seeking a qualified and experienced bidder to provide trash labor services to support the San Diego County Fair and other large events throughout the year as needed. Services include, but are not limited to, emptying over 600 trash containers and replacing liners, and keeping the fairgrounds free of trash and litter using hand operated pickers and blowers to ensure a clean and enjoyable experience for all fairgoers and event attendees. Any contract resulting from this solicitation will be awarded to the Bidder who, as determined by the District, best meets the requirements set forth in this IFB. The District may, at its sole and absolute discretion, reject any or all bids, or parts thereof, or reject any item or items in this solicitation, and waive any irregularities or technicalities. The District may postpone or cancel this solicitation, at any time, during the solicitation process. The decision as to who shall receive a contract award, or whether or not an award shall ever be made as a result of this solicitation, shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of the District.
