ARPA Sidewalk, Drainage and Road Resurfacing: Phase 2

General work description: This is a work order contract consisting of different types of projects: • Pavement preparation projects consist of sidewalk and driveway repair, ADA ramp and upgrades, curb repair, storm structure and pipe repair and/or replacement. • Removal and Replacement of CMP pipes along with structure upgrades. These work orders include the necessary restoration to complete the work. • Structure tops replacements and repairs which consist of removing and replacement of structure tops and if required throats and sides along with related upgrades to the curbs, sidewalks and driveways. • Pavement preservation and rehabilitation which includes several treatments: mill and fill, full-depth reclamation, base treatment, pavement markings, and related items. Additionally, this solicitation is funded with federal funds from the Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Funds made available under the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). The federal funding provisions are included in Appendix 4 – Special Notices.
