TRANSPORT-11772 - USA (Detroit, Michigan) - Student Transportation and Concierge Services - Deadline August 17,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide student transportation and concierge services to the government authority located in Detroit, MI.– Provide student transportation, dispatch, and concierge services for a fall 2026 student transportation rideshare pilot.– Receiving approved student transportation referrals and coordinating, scheduling, modifying, canceling, and dispatching rides.– Providing concierge support to students, parents and caregivers, schools, and designated program representatives, as appropriate. – Monitoring rides and addressing transportation issues, including missed pickups, driver cancellations, no–shows, incorrect drop–offs, and other service disruptions.– Driver vetting and screening, such as criminal background checks, motor vehicle record screening, and ongoing driver eligibility monitoring.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
