(1) Vendor needs to provide building commissioning services include code–required reviews, County–requested evaluations, and system verification for designated facilities and building systems to the government authority located in Seminole, FL.– Services are expected to include development of a commissioning plan, kickoff and coordination meetings, review of schedules related to commissioning activities, preparation and review of checklists and testing procedures, site observations, issue log tracking, review of startup and testing documentation, coordination with contractors and County staff, witnessing of functional performance testing, verification of deficiency resolution, post–construction activities as required, training documentation review, and preparation of a final commissioning report.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 27, 2026.
