DRA-11491 - USA (Boston, Massachusetts) - Underground Utilities Data Improvements, Data Conversion and Data Collection Service - Deadline October 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide underground utilities data improvements, data conversion and data collection service to the government authority located in Boston, MA. – Provide professional consulting services including utility investigation, geospatial data capture, verification, processing, and delivery. These services shall support enterprise GIS and data governance initiatives on an on–call, as–needed basis.– The Consultant is expected to verify, correct, and augment existing utility data provided by Massport, ensuring alignment with enterprise geodatabase requirements.– The Consultant is expected to collect detailed utility attributes including type, size, material, condition, operational status, ownership, and installation data.– The Consultant is expected to perform condition assessments of utility infrastructure using visual inspection and camera–based technologies such as CCTV, and coordinate with subject matter experts as required.– The Consultant is expected to collect and manage metadata associated with all data collection activities, including methods, equipment used, quality levels, and collection dates.– The Consultant is expected to produce and deliver high–quality geospatial data in compliance with Massport GIS and CAD standards, including AutoCAD (DWG) and ESRI Geodatabase (GDB) formats.– The Consultant is expected to provide supporting deliverables including photographs, LiDAR data, CCTV video, GPR data, and other raw and processed datasets.– The Consultant must possess expert level experience with the ESRI Enterprise– The Consultant is expected to research, collect, evaluate, and leverage existing as–built documentation and related data sources to accurately populate and maintain the GIS.– The Consultant will be expected to provide on–site or remote support to augment agency staff for ongoing utility data collection, GIS updates, and related tasks as needed. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 14, 2026.(3) Pre–bid virtual meeting will be held on September 9, 2026.
