CLEANING-13809 - USA (Statesville, North Carolina) - Janitorial Services - Deadline October 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Statesville, NC.– Empty all trashcans. – Deposit all trash and boxes in dumpster. – Clean countertops, sink and floor in kitchen. – Sweep uncarpeted floors, damp mop as needed. – Clean/deodorize all bathroom sinks, toilets, and floors with disinfectant cleaner. – Replenish all bathroom supplies. (Paper products and hand soap to be supplied by cleaning company.). – Dust all ledges, windowsills to keep clean and free of dust. – Clean and sanitize all chrome fixtures including drinking fountains – Clean all Interior and Exterior Glass Doors and Lobby Glass, disinfect door handles. – Vacuum all carpeted floors. – Wash Windows (inside/outside).– Vacuum and dust all cloth bottom chairs. (2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 23, 2026.(4) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2026.
