(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate development services to the government authority located in McKinney, TX. • Professional development team that includes a developer and project manager, architect, engineer, and contractor/builder to partner with the the purpose of developing the project on the project site.• Provide or arrange for the provision of all services that are necessary for the development of the Project, including without limitation all master planning, financing activities, and services;• Provide regular reports to the on the progress of the development efforts including work completed, associated costs, schedule and budgetary requirements;• Prepare any financing applications as necessary to ensure overall Project feasibility;• Develop a construction strategy and implementation schedule;• Undertake environmental and geotechnical testing;• Oversee design, construction, and quality control of the development;(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 28, 2026.
