(1) Vendor needs to provide Palo alto firewall support service Charleston, WV.– Support must be compatible with the current working environment and offer protection and support for the Palo Alto 850 (PA–850) systems.– Must protect and support the following Palo Alto Networks– Support must include software updates.– PaloAlto firewall support – 24X7, four (4) hour response time.• Must protect and support the following Palo Alto networks:– PAN–PA–850–GP–HA2–R.– PAN–PA–850–TP–HA2–R.– PAN–SVC–PREM–850–R.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026.          (3) The contract period will be for one year.
