(1) Vendor needs to provide planned residential development service to the government authority located in Wayland, MA. – Agency seeks development proposals from experienced developers and/or service providers of housing for adults having autism, intellectual, developmental, and/or physical disabilities to develop shared living accommodations for adults with such disabilities. – Provide an attractive, community–based, and non–institutional environment with an appropriate level of support services for agency residents.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 19, 2026. (3) Pre–bid meeting and site tour will be held on September 28, 2026.
