Detention Center Security Electronics, Locking System, and Video Management System Replacement

Pamlico County is seeking sealed proposals from qualified detention security electronics vendors, contractors, locksmiths, and system integrators for the replacement of security electronics, detention locking system components, and video management systems at the Pamlico County Detention Center. The selected vendor shall provide a complete, turnkey detention security electronics, detention locking system, and video management system replacement. The project shall include PLC-based door control components, touch screen control stations, intercom system components, detention lock cylinder replacement, rekeying, keying schedules, video management software, cameras, recording and storage equipment, network infrastructure, monitoring workstations, installation, programming, integration, configuration, testing, training, warranty, maintenance, and support. This solicitation is competitive and performance-based. Proposers shall submit a complete system solution that meets or exceeds the operational and technical requirements of this RFP. The County will not accept a sole-source proposal for this system replacement.
