RECY-7691 - USA (Salem, Oregon) - Battery Transportation and Recycling Services - Deadline October 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide battery transportation and recycling services to the government authority located in Salem, OR.– Requires approximately 70,000 pounds of non–rechargeable (mostly alkaline) batteries, and approximately 10,000 pounds of rechargeable batteries to be transported and disposed of each year.– Transport and recycle approximately 80,000 pounds of rechargeable and non–rechargeable batteries during each year of this contract.– Batteries shall be recycled in accordance with all federal, state and local laws, statutes and rules.– Transport the batteries from the designated shipping site to a recycling facility regulated by the state.– Frequency of transport will be dependent upon the Logistics, Shipping, and Transportation process and method proposed.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 6,2026.
