(1) Vendor needs to provide in–school youth program services to the government authority located in Morristown, NJ. • Tutoring, study skills training, instruction, and evidence–based dropout prevention and recovery strategies leading to completion of the requirements for a secondary school diploma (or its recognized equivalent) or a recognized postsecondary credential;• Occupational skills training, with priority consideration given to training programs that lead to industry recognized, stackable credentials aligned with in–demand industry sectors or occupations;• Leadership development opportunities, which may include community service and peer–centered activities encouraging responsibility and other positive social and civic behaviors, as appropriate;• Entrepreneurial skills training.• Activities that help youth prepare for and transition to postsecondary education and training.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Aug 10, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
