The project scope consists of the </span><br role=\"presentation\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">labor, equipment, and materials for removal and replacement of timber fender piles, </span><br role=\"presentation\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">timber fender systems, timber offloading areas, ladders, and the relocation of steel pipe </span><br role=\"presentation\"><br role=\"presentation\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">piles. </span></span><span id=\"page101R_mcid42\"><br role=\"presentation\"></span><span id=\"page101R_mcid43\"><br role=\"presentation\"><br role=\"presentation\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Additional drawings showing details in accordance with which the Work is to be done </span><br role=\"presentation\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">may be furnished by addendum from time to time during the bidding period by the </span><br role=\"presentation\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Owner or its Engineer and shall then become a part of the Contract Documents. </span></span><span id=\"page101R_mcid44\"><br role=\"presentation\"></span><span id=\"page101R_mcid45\"><br role=\"presentation\"><br role=\"presentation\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">The Contractor shall furnish all labor, services, materials, equipment, plant, machinery, </span><br role=\"presentation\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">apparatus, appliances, tools, supplies, and all other things necessary to do all work </span><br role=\"presentation\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">required for the completion of each item of the Work and as herein specified. </span></span><span id=\"page101R_mcid46\"><br role=\"presentation\"></span><span id=\"page101R_mcid47\"><br role=\"presentation\"><br role=\"presentation\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">The Work to be done and paid for under any item shall not be limited to the exact extent </span><br role=\"presentation\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">mentioned or described but shall include all incidental work necessary or customarily </span><br role=\"presentation\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">done for the completion of that item. </span></span><span id=\"page101R_mcid48\"><br role=\"presentation\"></span></div><div>&nbsp;</div><p><br><br></p>",
