(1) Vendor needs to provide academic scheduling software to streamline the master course scheduling process by providing an easy–to–use user interface, approval workflows, customizable policy and rule enforcement, and customizable form.– This software solution must integrate directly with existing software including Ellucian Banner student information system (SIS), Ellucian Degree Works degree audit software, and College Net25Live room scheduling software.– This software will integrate with the University’s existing Course leaf products including Curriculum Management (CIM), Catalog Publication (CAT), Advising and Registration (PATH) and compliment these existing resources.1. Academic Unit Schedule DevelopmentProvide easy–to–use, configurable end user interface for academic unit scheduling coordinators to enter section–specific master scheduling information2. Collaborative Schedule Planning and OptimizationProvide master schedule planning tools for academic unit scheduling coordinators, department chairs and college leadership to collaborate, allowing for the visualization of course demand, time and classroom utilization, policy adherence, and scheduling collaboration with other academic units.3. Student Information System IntegrationIntegrate with Ellucian Banner SIS allowing bi–directional data exchange.4. Course Demand and Academic Planning IntegrationIntegrate with Ellucian Degree Works to provide course demand data informed by Degree Works audits and plans.5. Classroom Scheduling and Space Management IntegrationIntegrate with College Net 25Live to allow academic unit scheduling coordinators to view current classroom availability and add available classrooms to their master schedule as they build or modify it in the academic scheduling software.6. Workflow Management and ApprovalsProvide flexible and configurable workflows to route the master schedule for approval. University Registrar staff should be able to edit workflows as needed.7. Registration Restrictions and Business Rules ManagementAllow academic unit scheduling coordinators to enter section–specific, date–driven restrictions with specified start and end dates that are automatically updated in Ellucian Banner SIS according to the dates specified(2) A non–mandatory pre–proposal will be held on August 26, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 26, 2026.
