Chickee Hut Beach Rental Concessionaire at Tigertail Beach

As requested by the Parks and Recreation Division (hereinafter, the “Division”), the Collier County Board of County Commissioners Procurement Services Division (hereinafter, “County”) has issued this Request for Proposal (hereinafter, “RFP”) with the intent of obtaining proposals from interested and qualified vendors in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications stated or attached. The vendor, at a minimum, must achieve the requirements of the Specifications or Scope of Work stated. Collier County Parks and Recreation Division is soliciting proposals for the services of a concessionaire at Tigertail Beach. The concessionaire will be providing beach rentals at the chickee hut and is encouraged to also provide prepacked food and drinks. The net sales reported to the County for the chickee hut from June of 2021 through June of 2022 averaged $7,500. However past sales may not be indicative of future buying patterns. The contract term, if an award(s) is/are made is intended to be for one (1) year with four (4) one (1) year renewal options.
