(1) Vendor needs to provide electronics recycling and IT asset disposition services to the government authority located in Yonkers, NY.– provide comprehensive ITAD and e–waste services including:– Asset collection and logistics:– On–site pickup from multiple locations.– Secure transportation with documented chain–of–custody.– Scheduling flexibility (routine and ad hoc pickups).– Inventory and asset tracking:– Serialized asset tracking (barcode or equivalent).– Detailed inventory reports including:– Device type.– Manufacturer or model.– Recycling and disposal:– Responsible recycling in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.– Zero landfill policy preferred.– Downstream vendor transparency required.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
