(1) Vendor needs to provide universal reading screener solution.– Support industry–standard interoperability specifications that articulates interoperable data exchange with used most widely across the state – Provide a direct data transfer to KSDE that includes the State Student Identification Number (SSID – the KIDS /KEDS number). – Provide a data dashboard that is intuitive to bring efficiency to data review, including filtering of specific subskill reports and creating reports. – Assessment administration is brief with results generating both subskills and composite score by grade level three times a year. Time necessary for implementation of assessment is described clearly for administration for grade level. – Includes robust progress monitoring component. – Ability to produce clear and transparent reports to facilitate communication. Reports designed for educators, students, and caregivers must be provided in English and Spanish (and any other languages, if offered) to include both rate and accuracy in reporting of fluency outcomes. (2) The contract period will be for five years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 16th, 2026.
