(1) Vendor needs to provide lottery drawing videographers services to the government authority located in Detroit, MI. – Record all Sunday drawings, midday and evening and other drawings when needed. – Sunday drawings, midday and evening are non–televised drawings and are recorded by a lottery videographer. – The lottery drawing official (drawing manager or assistant drawing manager) is in charge of the drawing and is responsible to ensure the drawing is conducted in a manner consistent with the lottery's prescribed rules, directives and procedures.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 6, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
