(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive, integrated workplace management system and space management solution. • A single or multiple, scalable enterprise platform supporting real–time institutional operations across all owned and operated properties.• Integrated CAFM/IWMS Platform: A unified system natively handling Space Management, Asset Management, and IWMS.• Space Management System + GIS Component: With robust API integration to an external CMMS.• Asset Tagging & Scanning: Full support for unique asset identification via barcode, QR codes, and RFID. • Lifecycle tracking: monitor assets seamlessly from procurement, installation, and active service life down to final disposal• Dynamic linking: map equipment directly to cad/floor plan locations to pull up localized maintenance histories. • Cross–Platform Accessibility: Native iOS and Android application optimized for both mobile phones and tablets.• Customer Self–Service Portal: Provide an online request intake interface for campus customers and Facilities staff to submit maintenance or billable work orders via web, mobile, and QR codes.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
