Napa County Groundwater Sustainability Agency Water Conservation Certification Partnership Pilot Program

The Napa Groundwater Sustainability Agency (NCGSA) is issuing this request for qualifications (RFQ) from parties interested in partnering with NCGSA to expand implementation of water conservation practices in vineyards and wineries under an initial pilot partnership program. Under this NCGSA Water Certification Partnership Pilot Program (hereafter, Partnership ), the NCGSA is seeking to partner with one or more existing certification programs, other partner organizations or private entities to certify vineyards and wineries implementing specified minimum water conservation practices described herein under a pilot partnership. The Partnership will initially be run as a pilot program to reduce the burden on partner organizations and the NCGSA, allow both parties to test program design, and refine program elements.
