PRINTING AND MAILING SERVICES

This Request for Proposal (RFP) announces the intent of the County of San Benito to seek proposals from interested and qualified Proposers to provide Printing and Mailing Services. The San Benito County Treasurer/Tax Collector/Public Administrator hereinafter referred to as "TTCPA" is issuing this RFP to solicit proposals from qualified firms, hereafter referred to as "Proposer", to provide printing and mailing services that include annual property tax bill printing and mailing services as described in the Project Scope attached hereto as Attachment A. Proposers must be capable of providing all core services set forth in the Project Scope and incorporated herein by this reference. A contract, if any, will be awarded to one qualified firm that best demonstrates the ability to meet the needs of the TTCPA. San Benito County has a population of approximate 67,000 residents, inclusive of two incorporated cities, the City of Hollister, and the City of San Juan Bautista. The County is located 30 minutes of Monterey Bay and 45 minutes south of San Jose, and is a General Law County that operates under a County Board of Supervisors, a County Administrative Officer, and elected and appointed Department Heads.
