The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to establish a contract, by means of sealed Bids, for the selection of a qualified, experienced and licensed State of Florida Contractor to provide all permits, insurance, manpower, materials and supervision required for the construction of a new surface parking lot located at 28 - 32 NW 2nd Street Homestead, FL.
