TRANSPORT-11618 - USA (Lewiston, Idaho) - Transportation Plan Update Service - Deadline August 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide transportation plan update service to the government authority located in Lewiston, ID. – Provide amendments to the existing transportation plan such as updating appendices.– Update include a comprehensive sidewalk inventory, a standalone Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for pedestrian and bicycle facilities, a public participation guide audit to enhance community involvement, and an evaluation of the current pavement preservation program.– Active Transportation Priorities: Create a prioritized sidewalk master plan and a corresponding Capital Improvement Plan (CIP).– Multimodal and Infrastructure Evaluation: Conduct a high–level evaluation of the city's broader transportation networks.– Update to the Public Participation Guide: Evaluate the adopted public participation process that is utilized annually to solicit public feedback as it relates to the transportation CIP.– Pavement Preservation Optimization: Evaluate the city’s current pavement preservation program, analyzing how current prioritization methodologies and funding levels.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 4, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 8, 2026.
