CONS-21598 - USA (Concord, California) - Civil Engineering Design Services - Deadline July 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide civil engineering design services to the government authority located in Concord, CA.• Services include, but are not limited to, creating a comprehensive traffic sign inventory and providing civil engineering design services for construction citywide installation and upgrade of traffic signs.• The consultant shall develop a sign inventory with individual traffic signs records with their attributes and photos to be uploaded into asset management system for the city. The traffic signs shall be linked to the base map and plotted on the map using their GPS coordinates.• The consultant shall provide an assessment and engineering evaluation of the sign inventory and data. This includes, but not limited to, assessing and evaluating retro–reflectivity values, collected attributes, and sign locations and spacing (vertical and horizontal).(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 25, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
