(1) Vendor needs to provide district needs analysis service to the government authority located in West Oneonta, NY. • Review of available record drawings, as–built information, and prior improvement records, including documentation of the new well house and the decommissioned storage tank.• Field investigation of the existing distribution system, including pipe materials, age, condition, and configuration.• Investigation and root–cause analysis of the reported brown water conditions affecting end users within the district.• Development of a full hydraulic model of the existing Woodland Water District distribution system.• Evaluation of system pressures, flow velocities, fire flow availability, and water age/residence time under current operating conditions.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Aug 28, 2026
