(1) Vendor needs to provide fire alarm electronic monitoring system to the government authority located in Wailuku, HI.1. Install new Fire Alarm System Control PanelThe existing electronic fire alarm control panel is to be removed and replaced with a new upgraded modern control panel and interface.2. Extend Fire Monitoring to new InterfacesThe existing fire alarm system does not provide sufficient fire alarm notification coverage to meet current fire code requirements.– The new monitoring system shall add the monitoring of:• emergency interface with the elevator• auxiliary clean agent system in the server room• FM–200 clean agent protection in dispatch• HVAC shut off• Fire sprinkler tamper switch(2) A non–mandatory pre–bid conference will be held on October 14, 2026.
