(1) Vendor needs to provide stop–loss insurance services to the government authority located in Moscow, ID.– Insurance companies capable of providing specific and aggregate stop–loss insurance for eligible participants of the university’s medical and prescription drug programs. – Provides medical and prescription drug coverage for approximately 2,189 eligible active employees, 47 non–Medicare retirees, and 681 Medicare retirees.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 6, 2026.
