DRA-11700 - USA (Richmond, Virginia) - Data Center Noise Regulation Study Services - Deadline November 4,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide data center noise regulation study services to the government authority located in Richmond, VA.– Task 1 – Data center noise regulation study: – An outline of the study.– Schedule to include the milestones, deliverable and payment and invoice schedule.– Create a profile of the observed characteristics of data center operational noise in terms of frequency, intensity, and consistency by cooling design (forced air, evaporative, liquid, etc.).– Create a profile of the observed characteristics of data center emergency generator test and operational noise in terms of frequency, intensity, and consistency.– Create a profile of the observed characteristics of data center power generating unit operational noise in terms of frequency, intensity, and consistency.– Identify and recommend data center noise mitigation means and methods.– Identify and recommend estimated staffing and monitoring equipment specifications (including manufacturers and model numbers of recommended equipment), costs, and best practices (including baseline monitoring as well as operational monitoring).– Task 2 — Draft regulation requirements:– A Data Center noise reduction technology assessment report.– An Engineering and economic feasibility assessment.– The research conducted for the study.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) Virtual optional preproposal conference will be held on October 7, 2026.
