EXTRA-74307 - USA (Hilo, Hawaii) - Family Caregiver Counselling Services - Deadline September 3,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide family caregiver counselling services to the government authority located in Hilo, HI.– Provide group and or individual counselling and training by systematically seeking out caregivers in key geographic areas, such as senior centres, senior clubs, nutrition sites, or in the community abroad.– Screen and assess the caregivers for caregiver burnout and the care recipients' situation.– Provide individual and group guidance to enable caregivers to resolve problems and relieve stress.– Coordinate or provide training to caregivers and family caregivers that focus on issues of interest to caregivers or to care for a specific care recipient. – Have a policy to inform the primary caregiver to report any change of status in the caregiving situation which might affect eligibility for the program.– Participate in agency sponsored workshop or training related to data collection, reporting procedures, and other relevant topics.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
