(1) Vendor needs to provide to the government authority located in Boston, MA.• Rapid Start implementation, including those seeking to establish new Rapid Start services and those with existing practices seeking to strengthen, enhance, or expand their capacity• Programs will identify barriers to Rapid Start both at the individual and system levels, and propose sustainable mechanisms, delivered at the clinic and in collaboration with community–based organizations, to address these barriers over time. Potential strategies may include (among others):• Training clinical providers on the Rapid Start standard of HIV care.– Creating peer–to–peer clinical education supports to advance Rapid Start.– Ensuring available providers for same–day appointments with newly diagnosed/newly reengaged PWH.– Ensuring the availability of interpretation services with well–established and demonstrableexperience and training in HIV care.– Developing capacity for expedited insurance navigation.– Developing capacity for expedited linkage to primary care, behavioral health care, andsubstance use disorder treatment.– Developing capacity to complete streamlined agency applications.– Creating resource sharing agreements between clinical sites and priority community–based organizations to improve coordination.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 19, 2026.(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 16, 2026.
