2026 City of Lawrence Water and Wastewater Chemicals

The City of Lawrence is seeking reliable and qualified water and wastewater chemical suppliers for a contractor's supply agreement for a one (1) year initial term with (4) optional 1-year auto renewals. Suppliers will provide and deliver the listed chemicals at the bid price on an as needed basis. The bid price shall include cost of delivering chemicals as F.O.B. Delivery. Bidders must adhere to the specifications outlined for each chemical listed in the solicitation, including providing Safety Data Sheets (SDS) upon award notification. Deliveries are required to occur Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM, unless prior authorization is granted for alternative timing. Additionally, a Certificate of Analysis must be submitted electronically before delivery or included with the shipment.
