Volusia County Branch Jail Parking Lot Upgrade. We will resurface and expand the Branch Jail parking lot by taking out the trees (Jail will do this), remove dirt areas and " subbase and 6" road base and then resurface 1.25" asphalt overlay. Remove car curbs and replace and restripe parking lot.
