(1) Vendor needs to provide driving while intoxicated coordinator service to the government authority located in Estancia, NM.• The DWI Coordinator provides strategic leadership, management, organization, direction, and supervision of all operations and activities of the County's DWI Program.• Program Planning and Development: Coordinate program planning, partnerships, and collaborative activities with magistrate, municipal, district courts, health care providers, law enforcement agencies, and schools, along with the agency Planning Council.– Mental Functional Requirements• Ethical Conduct• Stress Management/Composure• Problem Solving/Analysis• Communication Proficiency• Strategic Thinking• Teamwork Orientation• Diversity and Inclusion• Technical Capacity– The program's mission is to reduce:• DWI offenses• Alcoholism and alcohol abuse• Alcohol–related domestic violence• Alcohol–related crashes and injuries(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 10, 2026.
