(1) Vendor needs to provide lab director services to the government authority located in Cleveland, OH.– Laboratory director for a reproductive endocrinology and infertility laboratory.– Supervise laboratory semi – annual proficiency testing.– Supervise laboratory analyst semi – annual competency testing,– Annual review of laboratory data system.– Provide off –site Board – Certified laboratory direction, review all logs, quality systems.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 4, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for three years.
