(1) Vendor needs to provide health and human services (HHS) modernization discovery, prototyping, and implementation planning services to the government authority located in Rockville, MD.– Requires a senior–led modernization discovery, prototyping, and implementation–planning engagement for selected HHS programs, workflows, systems, and technical operations.– Seeks to evaluate and develop practical opportunities to improve organizational performance through business–process redesign, automation, artificial intelligence, improved data practices, and modern technical approaches.– Identify high–value modernization opportunities, validate selected approaches through prototypes or proofs of concept, and provide actionable implementation plans and a roadmap for further modernization.– Develop an integrated work plan identifying initial workstreams, approach, sequencing, dependencies, proposed deliverable milestones, and government decisions required.– Discovery and current–state analysis.– Opportunity identification and prioritization.– Validation and implementation planning.– Documentation, knowledge transfer, and executive readout.(2) All questions had been submitted no later than September 25, 2026.
