(1) Vendor needs to provide family search and engagement service.                                      – To provide intensive family search and engagement services with the ultimate goal of identifying, locating, and engaging relatives, kin, and support networks to support the permanent placement and lifelong connection needs of youth placed in out–of–home care.– This service may be asked to testify or provide a report to the court about service delivery, recommendations, and progress.(2) The contract period will be three years.
