FIRE-1868 - USA (Colorado Springs, Colorado) - Fire Suppression Systems Inspections, Testing and Repair Services - Deadline September 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide fire suppression systems inspections, testing and repair services to the government authority located in Colorado Springs, CO. – Provide on–call transit campus fire suppression systems inspections, testing, and repair services project. – Furnish all related building permits, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, labor, disposal (including disposal of materials requiring special handling, e.g. batteries), report and inspection submittals, and supplies necessary to complete the specified work.• Planned inspections and maintenance – scheduled services:– Inspect all fire alarm systems once annually, including but not limited to control panels, initiation devices, pull stations, detectors, switches, annunciators, strobes, horns, dialers/communicators, power components, and all other system elements as required per applicable codes and regulations.– Inspect, tag, and certify all fire extinguishers at all locations once annually. – Inspect and test all emergency and exit lighting fixtures at all locations once per month and perform repairs as required.• Repair and maintenance services – unscheduled and as needed:– Receive fire suppression system service requests and conduct a site visit with the agency to investigate, then issue and prepare an estimate for repair or maintenance services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 3, 2026.
