On-Call Housing, Planning, Economic, and Environmental Services

The City of Monterey (“City”) is a charter city located in the County of Monterey. The City is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide On-Call Housing, Planning, and Environmental Services over a period of one year with a not-to-exceed annual funding limit of $700,000. The agreement will include an option for two additional one (1) year extensions also with an annual not-to-exceed funding limit of $500,000. The amount of work to be requested during the twelve-month contract period cannot be well defined at the outset. Work shall be issued through a notice-to-proceed. The City reserves the right to enter into agreements with multiple firms as a result of this Request for Proposals.
