(1) Vendor needs to provide rapid infiltration and extraction facility master plan service to the government authority located in San Bernardino, CA.– Provide multi–disciplinary professional engineering services to support development of the RIX Master Plan, including comprehensive evaluation of the RIX (Rapid Infiltration and Extraction) Facility and its associated infrastructure.– Collect and Review Available Data– Data will include, but may not be limited to:• 2016 Topographic Survey and Aerial Imagery of the RIX Facility• Asset Inventory• Master Plans (SBMWD Collection System, SBMWD WRP, SMBWD SCADA System, ColtonSewer System, etc.)• Facility Assessments• Groundwater Flow Model Assessments• Studies• JPA Reports• Discharge Monitoring Reports• Maps and Schematics• Record Drawings• Agreements and Settlements• Operations & Maintenance Documents• Conveyance Line Inspection Closed–Circuit Television (CCTV) Data• WRP Liquids Stream Facility Planning Study (Hazen and Sawyer), including interim and draftmaterials, if available.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026 (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 13, 2026
