(1) Vendor needs to provide domestic violence training video service to the government authority located in Salem, OR.• A 45–minute training video for managers, Human Resources, and Security staff.• The video shall use professional voice–over narration, simple two–dimensional character animation, motion graphics, on–screen text, and still imagery.• The animation shall be intentionally simple and not highly sophisticated or realistic.• Animated characters should use neutral, inclusive, simplified designs, including characters without detailed facial features, and should reflect a variety of skin tones, hair styles, body types, and other visual characteristics.• The peer support video shall be derived substantially from appropriate portions of the 45–minute training video and shall provide a concise, basic overview for employees rather than a separate or more advanced curriculum.• The video shall incorporate on–screen words, definitions, key terms, learning points, and other text as appropriate to reinforce the narration and support comprehension.• Still photography and other approved imagery may be used and should depict diverse individuals, families, communities, and populations.
