(1) Vendor needs to provide brand refresh and wayfinding signage redesign service. – Design and branding firms to execute a comprehensive sign redesign and brand refresh for its pedestrian wayfinding system.– Manage visual brand strategy and graphic design. • Encompasses the following core sign types:– Multi–directional signs: multi–sided, sidewalk– or timber–deck–mounted directional hubs featuring high–contrast text and district maps.– Two–directional signs: Linear directional sign structures mounted on independent posts or retrofitted onto existing utility/light poles.– Gateway signs: Large–scale, high–visibility welcome monuments detailed with custom three–dimensional artistic elements, and integrated geographic vicinity maps.– Building–corner mounted signs: Compact directional signs anchored directly into concrete or historical structural facades in narrow rights–of–way.• Core tasks and deliverables:– Brand refresh and visual identity strategy: Propose a modernized, cohesive text and graphic treatment that improves legibility under diverse coastal weather conditions.– Structural redesign: Review of the 54 existing structural fabrications and locations.– Comprehensive signage schedule validation: Re–map and cross–reference all directional information across the agency's network for 54 existing directional signs to ensure navigation accurately reflects modern points of interest, precise distance metrics and clear arrows.– Stakeholder and work group engagement: Facilitate and participate in multiple meetings with a dedicated work group of local representatives to present design iterations, gather community feedback and ensure alignment with local priorities throughout the project lifecycle.• Regulatory compliance and accessibility coordination: Ensure all updated sign placements safeguard a minimum 48–inch clear path around at least one side of the structure to remain strictly compliant with current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) right–of–way standards.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 9, 2026.
