(1) Vendor needs to provide escrow and title services to the government authority located in Porterville, CA.– The selected consultant will perform, but not be limited to, the following tasks:1. Preliminary and Other Title Reports – Use of e–Pre–is preferred, with a supplemental pdf orhard copy of a preliminary title report. Cost per report will be set for the term of thecontract, and where title insurance is required, the cost of the preliminary title report willbe credited towards the policy premium.2. Escrow Services3. Property Profiles4. Document Preparation and Recordation5. For complicated projects, coordinate regularly with City staff and other parties as needed.6. Title Production7.
