EXTRA-76280 - USA (Oyster Bay, New York) - Technical Assistance with Engineering and Architectural Services - Deadline October 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide technical assistance with engineering and architectural services on an as–needed basis to the government authority located in Oyster Bay, NY. – Provide the agency with technical assistance in regards to performing structural assessments of abandoned buildings and damaged buildings within the agency. • Provide technical assistance directly to the agency, and undertake all technical support tasks for this assignment, including those outlined below, at the specific direction of the agency.• Perform visual and detailed inspections, with representatives of this agency, of abandoned buildings and damaged buildings within the agency and provide comprehensive comments and reports as it pertains to the structural integrity of the subject buildings.• Have the ability to research agency property records and review building and property records maintained by this agency and integrate the information with the reports.• Interact with other agency other municipal agencies involved in abandoned buildings and damaged buildings within the agency.• Provide expert testimony on behalf of this agency at hearings, court proceedings and other public meetings, as needed, regarding specific reports drafted and submitted on behalf of this agency pertaining to structural adequacy of abandoned buildings and damaged buildings within the agency.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
