(1) Vendor needs to provide solar monitoring and asset management services to the government authority located in Placerville, CA.– Services shall include performance monitoring, case management, quarterly performance reporting, quarterly audits, and annual financial analysis.– System Performance Monitoring: monitor third–party owned systems, ensuring that issues are detected early and resolved swiftly.– Management of system issues and third–party owner performance.– Maintenance of a facility operation plan.– Energy performance analysis and financial reporting.– Collect and validate updated rates for generator and benefiting accounts, assess actual vs. expected usage, assess credits absorbed and unused, and ensure accounts remain consistent with utility.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.
